Even my formal complaint is ignored. I am irritated and frustrated. I am a first buyer without a chain and the process has already taken 5 months and is still not finished. They do not instruct the customer on the process and do not specify deadlines. I will never use their service again and I hope people will read this review and stay away from the lawyers in Walthamstow`s office.
