To apply for family allowances, visit the Office of the Department of Domestic Relations (DRS) between 8:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. A detailed list of what to bring and other questions about child support procedures can be found on the PA Child Support Program website. Marriage proposals are accepted from Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm. Both candidates must be present.
