I`m sure once I have confirmation from Heartland that they are transferring our payments, I`ll be able to handle it better. They tell you a monthly bill of exchange, they never pay your debts on time, and extend the payment term to blackmail you under the pretext of negotiating the best price for you. Customer service was great! However, my chief negotiator Chris was a nightmare! I paid lump sums to pay off 3 debts on February 1. Today is March 25 and even after calling weekly and asking for supervisors, I learn that negotiator Chris is working on it. NONE of my debts have been paid in full! I`m so frustrated! I still made my monthly payments, so nothing can be said about my payments. All I ask is that my debts be paid. I thought, that`s what they do! If I could give a zero, I would!!! This company started paying great things. Well, last year we had 2 subpoenas and a lawyer miraculously didn`t take my case on time and we already have a garnishment and a return to work without representation. I would only call every week only to find out that I had to call the courts myself.

I never missed a payment in my life until I joined this company. I highly recommend not starting this program, I would have done a better job on my own. Another key member of the customer service team (Chelsea Kennedy). She is very knowledgeable and her dedication to her work @ Heartland Legal Group. I asked her a lot of questions and she had the answers within seconds. This is exceptional customer service, not only Chelsea Kennedy, but also all the other members of the team. Thank you Chelsea!! Big scam. They don`t do what they say. The only thing that`s good is to take your money and ask for more. Do not use this company.

Please read all these comments and take note of this. If you can withdraw from the program, they will also take all the money into your account. Simply the worst company ever! This company started paying for things. Then suddenly, I didn`t hear anything and the two years were over. I called every week during the summer and every week they told me I would hear about settlements for all the remaining accounts. That never happened. Of course, they wanted more money. Then I told them I wanted to cancel their service and get my remaining money back. They told me they cancelled it and expected a direct deposit into my account. A month passed and I called her back. The account was still not closed and my deposit was not even requested. I called 4 more times in a week to finally close the account properly.

Second, they never ordered direct deposit. I had to call Global Holdings and tell them that I believed it was all a scam and that I felt I needed a lawyer. They assured me that I would be paid. In fact. The next day, I was finally here. This company is a total scam! Run! They are a nightmare to deal with! I thought I would be in financial chaos for the rest of my life, but Heartland really figured out where I would be in the near future. Thank you so much for helping me because it changed my attitude towards my finances and taught me (again) not to jump on anything because it looks good because you`ll pay for it later. I used to pay a lot twice a month and none of my debts are paid or worked. I never received an email from a lawyer or anyone else on this team.

I just received a subpoena and I have to go to court because none of my debts are being processed. I have been in this program for almost 3 years. All my debts are always the same. I will definitely cancel my contract with this scam company and start working on my own debts. I`m tired of sending messages to the lawyer they assigned to one of my debts and he doesn`t respond to my emails. Andrew M. Carroll. Please do not use this company. If you want to have the worst experience of your life, choose this company. They will tell you that in 2 years they will negotiate your debt to reach a settlement, but they will take half of what you pay as a service fee, and then after 2 years you will have a lawsuit. No one in 2 years has negotiated anything for you, then after paying them more than 9k on your debts, they will ask you for more money to make the settlement, my debts were originally 12k so I will end up paying even more.

No one will call you or tell you anything until you are. Save yourself the trouble and don`t choose them. Terrible service. I went to them for help with debt settlement and they only made things worse. After leaving the program after 6 months due to missing invoices, I asked for a refund. At that time, I was told that they charged me $236.00 per month and called it a service fee. It was about 1900.00, they refuse to refund me. This company is a complete scam.
