How Is Pokemon Revolution Online Legal
Not legal at all, but it looks like Nintendo doesn`t want to do it itself. Even if the purchase was illegal, but the story service was legal, what`s the real difference? Both serve the same purpose? The question asked in the original forum post was «Is it legal to buy an account for Pokedollars?», which is absolutely against the rules. pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/163451-is-buying-account-for-in-game-money-is-legal/?tab=comments#comment-908814 I`m not going to make assumptions about the nature of content creators for PRO or anything like that. But there`s a lot more depth to the legality of this game than just «it`s because it`s in beta» or «it`s not big enough yet.» From a legal point of view, it is very complicated. Although some say it quite simple. At the end of the day, if you are afraid of losing your money invested in this game due to the unintentional shutdown of PRO servers, then I suggest you do not give any money. There is never a guarantee. Even if it`s in writing. Secondly, if you are like me and you just enjoy the game and its content, and therefore and for this reason and its community, you want to donate to the cause, you certainly do. Basically, PRO is beta and doesn`t «make money with Pokemon.» We give, we don`t buy. No, it is not legal to buy an account with in-game PokéDollars or real money. You will be locked permanently see the rules.
Does Nintendo agree with fan plans? Tell that to the guy who shut down his channel with Pokémon music from Nintendo when they told him they were 100% okay with him doing it. Hi everyone wishes everyone this is great, I just wanted to ask that it is legal to buy an account for Pokedollars? Now, it`s a bit confusing as this thread with mod response status purchase accounts using Pokedollars or rl money is illegal. pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?p=106312#p106312 Story/Quest services are completely legal services within PRO in exchange for play money, items, Pokémon or can even be given as gifts. Personally, I don`t think PRO is big enough to warrant a shutdown, BUT I see that with PRO 2.0 action will be taken, this game looks fantastic and when it comes out it will have a massive player base, so I`m already ready for PRO 2.0 to eventually receive a C&D letter and close. TL;DR: Enjoy PRO and all future games like this while they`re here. Well, Pokemon Uranium had millions of downloads before it stopped. I know a lot of people play PRO, but it`s still a very small game. at least on the scale of a Pokémon game. Let me know if you have any further questions on this topic! And I think Pro got permission, since we can buy Pokecoins with irl money, well, if the game doesn`t have Nintendo`s permission, Pro should consider adding it (and they know :V) because they would just stop the game (pro) and all the money would be free. And maybe that`s why they say donates for the money they earn from players who buy Pokécoins so they can pay for Ninentendo`s license/permission? In 2017, Pokémon Online Revolution focuses on building the 4. Region, Sinnoh, and several side quests and features for players, with the recent and unique insect catching contest and the quest for the legendary beasts being a great new addition and example of the great things this year has saved for this game! From a game that started on a PC with no more than 20 users from the game owner, Shane got a VPS (Virtual Private Server) with about 800 users. Due to the nature of the VPS and the high demand from new users, a new dedicated server called Red was purchased by Shane, which could accommodate nearly 2000 users. In the summer of 2016, the player base and queuing system were expanded. The queue started skyrocketing, prompting Shane to get more servers. This is how the blue and yellow servers were discovered. With the end of the summer, the player base dwindled, but the servers remained. There are currently about 2 to 3,000 daily users constantly active on the servers. I don`t think Pokémon Uranium was much more famous than PRO (personally, I had never heard of it until it made a fuss when it stopped), so it must be the beta that really excites me and allowed me to address your concerns. Feel free to create a new thread if you encounter any other issues! Hi everyone, I wanted to request that selling a story service be like a full story on their account and take money in PokeDollars (in-game money), so is it legal? Thank you for the care of your guys & help + solve my problem thank you! Thus, one day, all our progress will be erased. It`s sad that PRO isn`t affiliated with the Pokémon company doesn`t really mean anything.
It simply says that they are completely independent of them, so PRO is an unofficial Pokémon game. Similar to Pokemon GO, which was developed by Niantic, which is also an independent developer. They just bought the Pokémon license to develop their game. They can donate one of your accounts, also known as donations, as long as no type of property, money, etc. is involved @mistake92. It is very important to make sure that you do not exceed the account limit of 4 accounts per person. I hope this will clarify you both. I`ll leave this thread open for now – if I haven`t clearly explained any of the aspects, please ask questions so you can offer your story services with confidence. For those of you who are worried about the closure of PRO or PRO 2, the same PRO developers were responsible for another game that bore the acronyms PWO. PWO has been around for over 10 years, never left beta, and still exists today. No need to worry. 😐 Nintendo is 100% okay with fan projects, (and it`s a fan project).
Donations will be accepted, but this game will not be monetized. You want an idea for a game that sucks the bed with Nintendo, pulls out your smartphones, goes to games, and looks for pocket monsters to read reviews. In short, if the payout is something you can find in the game, it is allowed, if the payout is found outside of PRO, it is absolutely not and it is real world/money trading.
