Your payment holiday begins on the first payment due date after your application. provided that we have 10 days` notice period before receipt of the next payment by direct debit. You can pay online by credit/debit card through our secure online payment gateway (24/7). If we are unable to suspend direct debit before the next payment date, we will collect your monthly premium as usual. The payment holiday begins the following month and lasts for three months. When you set up your payment method, you have the choice to include overdue rewards in your direct debit rate or pay by debit or credit card. We will receive the three-month bonus due at the end of your payment holiday. Your regular monthly rewards will automatically resume at the end of the three months. We collect the amount due at about the same time as your next monthly premium. This may appear as one payment or two separate payments in a few days on your bank statements. If you wish, you can contact us at least 16 days in advance and pay the three monthly rewards with your credit or debit card. If you would like to request a payment holiday, please call us directly. Yes, we may consider reinstating your payment after 60 days, but you may need to answer some health and lifestyle questions (called a health record). You`ll also need to refund missed rewards and set up a new payment method. If we are unable to recover all premiums due for this policy at the end of the payment holiday, your policy will be cancelled and coverage will end. You may be able to reinstate your policy, subject to the resolution of health and lifestyle issues, as well as payment of all outstanding premiums in accordance with your insurance conditions. If you wish to change your payment method, please contact our customer service. If you have missed more than one payment, you are not allowed to book a payment holiday. Yes, you may be able to request a payment holiday as long as you have only missed one payment and meet our eligibility criteria. You will need to call us to set up another direct debit.
