1.3. Related Services and Products. As an active customer subscribing to the Solutions in accordance with these Terms, you may receive and/or subscribe to other related services from SentinelOne during the Subscription Term, such as support services («SentinelOne Support»), Technical Account Management («TAM»), Vigilance Service, SentinelOne Incident Response Service or other services (collectively, the «SentinelOne Services»); and/or you may purchase a license for certain SentinelOne products such as our Nexs SDK («SDK» and, together with the SentinelOne Services, «Other SentinelOne Services and Products»). Separability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, all other provisions of these Terms shall nevertheless remain in full force and effect as long as the economic and legal substance of the transactions contemplated in these Terms is not affected in a manner detrimental to one party. Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to, the terms of these Terms and all proprietary and/or non-public technical, commercial, financial and/or legal information, such as: any Solution information generally shared with Customer that relates specifically to the Customer, Solution information obtained by Customer through the use of the Solutions, business plans, product information, pricing, financial plans, know-how, Customer information, strategies and other similar information, but excluding your data.
