Mr. O`Hanley has extensive management and operational experience in the financial services sector, both domestically and internationally. He has held senior leadership positions in leading global organizations, including investment, finance, human resources, legal, risk, corporate compliance and enterprise technology. Ms. King served as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, a leading diversified insurance and financial services company, from April 2012 until her retirement in July 2021. Previously, she was Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Nationwide from 2009 to 2012. During his 37 years at Nationwide, his leadership responsibilities included human resources, corporate real estate, corporate safety and aviation, with a focus on creating a culture of people with a strong commitment to inclusion and diversity. Ms. King has also been a director of AutoZone, Inc. since 2018 and J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. since 2020. Mr.

Echevarria was Chief Executive Officer of Deloitte LLP, a global professional services provider, from 2011 until his retirement in August 2014. During his 36 years at Deloitte, he held increasing leadership positions before being appointed Chief Executive Officer, including Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer in the United States, Deputy Managing Partner and Chief Audit Partner for the Southeast Region. He has also served on key boards and committees within Deloitte and its network of member firms, including Chairman of the U.S. Board. Executive Committee and Executive Committee of the Americas and memberships in the United States. and global boards. Mr. Echevarria is currently Senior Advisor to the President of the University of Miami, where he is also CEO of UHealth and Executive Vice President of Health Affairs. He is a director of Xerox Holdings Corporation (since January 2017), Bank of New York Mellon Corporation (since January 2015, non-executive chairman since September 2019) and Pfizer Inc. (since June 2015). McKenney graduated from Tufts University with a bachelor`s degree in mechanical engineering summa laude.

McKenney served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Unum Group from 2009 to 2015, where he was responsible for the overall financial management of the business, including financial reporting, cash and capital management, strategic planning and mergers and acquisitions, investments, financial planning, investor relations and enterprise risk management. He also served as Chairman of Unum`s Operating Committee, which oversees the company`s operations in the U.S. and U.K. Mr. O`Hanley has been President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of State Street Corporation, a provider of financial services to institutional investors worldwide, since January 2019 and was appointed Chairman of the Board in January 2020. Previously, he was President and Chief Operating Officer from 2017 to 2019 and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors from January 2017. From April 2015 to November 2017, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of State Street Global Advisors, the investment arm of State Street. Prior to joining State Street, he was President of Asset Management and Corporate Services at Fidelity Investments, a leading provider of financial products and services, and a member of Fidelity`s Executive Committee from July 2010 to March 2014. From 2007 to 2010, Mr. O`Hanley was Vice Chairman of Bank of New York Mellon Corporation (BNY Mellon), a global investment firm, and President and Chief Executive Officer of BNY Mellon Asset Management. Prior to the merger of The Bank of New York and Mellon Financial Corporation, he was Vice Chairman of Mellon Financial Corporation and President and Chief Executive Officer of Mellon Asset Management.

Prior to joining Mellon in 1997, he was a partner at McKinsey & Company, Inc., a management consulting firm. McKenney began his career at GE, moving from manufacturing to finance in his roles. He joined GE Financial Assurance in 1996 and became Chief Financial Officer in 2002. In 2004, he became Chief Financial Officer of Genworth Financial on the team that launched GE`s IPO. In 2017, Mr. McKenney joined the Board of Directors of U.S. Bancorp, the parent company of the U.S. Bank National Association, the fifth largest commercial bank in the United States.

He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the American Council of Life Insurers. Prior to joining Unum in 2009, Mr. McKenney was Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Sun Life Financial Inc., a Toronto-based international financial services company. M. Bunting served as Group President, Utility Operations of Entergy Corporation, an integrated energy company primarily engaged in power generation and retail in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas, from June 2012 until his retirement in June 2017. From August 2007 to May 2012, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Entergy and its subsidiaries. Prior to that, he held numerous leadership positions within the Entergy organization, which he joined in 1983. He began his career in public accounting at Arthur Andersen & Co.

in 1981 and is a Chartered Accountant. Lord. Bunting was a director of Imation Corp., a global data storage and information security company, from November 2012 to August 2014. Since September 2018, he has been a director of the energy holding company NiSource Inc. and since September 2020 of Hanover Insurance Group, Inc. Since May 2021, he has also been a Director of Infrastructure & Energy Alternatives, Inc. Richard (Rick) McKenney is President and CEO of Unum Group, one of the world`s leading providers of financial protection in the workplace. He became President in April 2015 and assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer in May of the same year. Ms. DeVore was Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Premier Inc., a leader in healthcare improvement, from 2013 to May 2021 and President of Premier from 2013 to April 2019.
